kenya airways false ticket sale, delayed flight and terrible service.

I made an online booking on the 23 December 2019 to fly on the 11 January 2019 from Maputo to Nairobi and from Nairobi to London, when i was there 5am to check in, i was told by the check in consultant my flight ticket number is kq4462 and the Maputo airport displayed flight 442, i was directed by your partner ( LAM) to go to your office at the airport to correct this error but they were closed, i then drove around Maputo city to find any alternative Kenya airways office but know luck, I then went back to the airport and i was advised by LAM to instead go to Johannesburg to correct this error...

Same day i rushed to Johannesburg, gotten there i met with a terrible staff who said Lam was supposed to do the adjustment over there and the staff was rude, then the ticket was cancelled in OR Tambo.

I then went back home to book another ticket again which cost me 719 pounds, the trip was not pleasant and my experience with the service was bad. flight was delayed in Johannesburg, getting to Nairobi flight was delayed for more than 4hrs...

I need my full refund on the first ticket and also i have not been able to get any assistance from any of your office/agent....

I am busy inquiry on how i can best deal with this matter as your company is not professional.
