Kenya Airways - Disgrace of Africa

What a shocking experience with Kenya Airways! After a 13 hour delay in our flight from Nairobi to Cape Town, with no information forthcoming, customer service numbers that don’t exist, rude and dismissive Kenya Airways airport officials - one even shouting at a passenger at the information desk telling her to “Shut up!”, we eventually arrive at Cape Town International only to discover that no passenger luggage has been loaded onto the flight! DISGUSTING service, NEVER again!
