Arrive at 5:30am to get a message that your flight from Nairobi to SA has been cancelled and that its going at 14:00. Then to receive another notice that its 15:00. And here we are all stuck in Nairobi. Holiday plans that have to be cancelled as kids are on holiday in South Africa. Shocking Shocking Shocking experience. Dont ever book with Kenya Airways. NEVER.
