Kenya Airways - damaged luggage

I have 50 emails showing a few staff assisting with damaged luggage at Kenya Airways needs training. Poor service. Will avoid travelling with them. If you have to, please keep receipts of everything. You'll never know how their policy could change, or how they feel they should respond to you.
