Kenya airways - cheap and nasty

Terrible experience - flight delayed from Nairobi to Bangkok resulting is missing next flight. Bangkok to Nairobi cancelled - 7 hours notice rebooked with second leg occurring first. Then again cancelled - ended up losing flight from ****et to Bangkok - an additional nights accommodation and booking on another airline to get home in time for work. Wonder if we will ever see a refund or compensation for all the additional expenses Best of all flew business class - and asked for a beef meal - they were out of stock but sitting right in front - so said not accepting- air hostess comes back to say the staff have sacrificed their meal to give me my request
