Having made a booking with them to travel to Europe, this unfortunately had to be cancelled due to Corona virus scare. Booking reference L8IFM5

This we did and the cancellation was confirmed by them together with confirmation that we would receive a full refund. Since then we have not heard from them at all, they do not respond to emails (8 of them), telephones remain unanswered and even their partners, Air France and KLM do not respond.

This is not the behaviour one would expect from so called leaders of the industry.
