Kenya Airways - better to walk or swim than fly with KQ

Over the past six months, my work team members and I have booked about 30 return flights on Kenya Airways, leaving Johannesburg via Nairobi to fly to either Zanzibar or Dar es Salaam in Tanzania. Of those flights, only four were on time and actually happened. more than twenty were cancelled more than once on both the departing and return journeys. The in-airport communication is atrocious, ground staff are untrained, and more than once, close-to-violent staff / passenger interactions with groups of passengers ensued at Nairobi Airport. This airline needs to come clean about its problems and decide which routes it wants to serve, and do that. At present, it is a total shambles. Do not book a flight on Kenya Airways.
