Kenya airways.. *******

Pathetic service from Kenya airways. Firstly Both my flights were been delayed. Speaking to other passengers, apparently this is a norm with Kenya airways. Anyway after both flights being delayed my family and I board the plane only to meet Joseph the air host. He was extremely rude. Throwing the food at us and shouting at the passengers. The staff certainly don't realise that it is people like us that keep them employed. I will never fly with Kenya airways again. To all the people that think you will be saving by using Kenya airways will be sadly disappointed. May Joseph jump out the plane without a parachute. Pathetic pathetic pathetic. The staff at the airport are also rude and somehow feel very entitled. Never going to kenya again or use any service from these people. They can all dig a deep hole and jump in
