Kenya Airlines JHB POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS

I have called. I have sent emails . There is no response. We are supposed to receive a refund from Jhb office and all forms of communication made with them have been ignored . The service from the beginning has been sun-par and very pathetic. All required documents for the refund were sent through to the airlines office in Jhb and it’s been silence since then. This has been ongoing since January
