I do not recommend to anyone avoid these people where ever you are. Unless you're willing to lose all your luggage belongings and valuable. I flew from Johannesburg to Lubumbashi with Kenya airways on this 12 January. They didn't load my luggage they deliberately kept it Kenya from the until today. This is a bad habit they do for years now. I don't recommend this company at all unless you have hand luggage only. I'm stranded in Lubumbashi with no belongings in a hotel they don't even pay , waiting for my luggage. No one tells you when it is going to come. Very bad service.
