Horrible service and non-existent communication replies

Customer service is **********! I've been trying to get hold of Kenya Airways since 13 December 2018 and still, no one has made contact with me or rep**** to my emails. I even had a conversation on their live chat where Fridah refused to supply me with the email address of a manager at the JHB office. Whoever makes contact with me from Kenya Airways better be a manager because it's completely unacceptable. Our company makes use of Kenya Airways a lot for flights between South Africa and East Africa and this is the service that we receive....SHOCKING!
