Horrible, revolting and terrible service!

I booked flights and funds were deducted from my bank account but the booking was not completed and thus I didn’t receive the flight ticket yet the funds are with Kenya Airways!

I haven’t been assisted since Tuesday and I called, WhatsApped and now sent an email but no urgent action is being shown instead I’m met with revolting attitude, consultant dropped a call while I was talking and said they can’t prove how true my statement is and referred me to go look for help in the website.

It is very disappointing for such a big organisation to have such unprofessional service and still be met with nonchalant attitude when I have paid but didn’t get the service I paid for!
