FLIGHTS DELAY, BAGGAGE LOST, RUDE ATTITUDE

Multiple times have I travelled using Kenya Airways and not once have they made my experience a happy one! To say that they are the worst airline would actually be an understatement!! Flights are always delayed if not an hour then it is ten hours. To add to that, I ended up arriving without my baggages in both trips to and fro. I had to go back for my baggages late as they were only flown on the latest flight! The trouble you cause your passengers can cost your airline bankrupcy!! And the worst is, the employees are rude. They do not apologise. Not that it would solve the problem anyway. It is disgusting!<br> <br> NEVER EVER AGAIN am I flying with Kenya Airways!
