Do Not Fly With This Airline

Please do not fly this airline. Our first flight was delayed. You are hearded and treated like cattle. The stewards and hostesses were rude, often disrespectful. The timing between meals on a long haul flight to NY was 8 hours, we were so hungry. Between services, they offered no liquids, If you requested anything, you were given eye rolls if you asked for water. The toilet detached on the one flight. We sat in a plane for 2 hours and offered 1 cup of water . They then cancelled our flights offering no compensation so we had to sleep on the airport floor, offering no dinner or any accommodations. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE. Don’t be tempted like us because of the low fare. It is clearly a toxic work environment which is why no one is willing to help. Honestly the worst flying experience we have ever had. I’d rather taken a bus to New York from South Africa (if that option existed ) :(
