Damaged baggage

I traveled to Kenya on the 1 March 2022, my bag was damaged, I had no handles left to carry my bag, the wheels had been broken off too. I put in a claim immediately and after several attempts including going in personally while on my next trip in 2023 to Nairobi to sort out my loss they have not sorted out my claim.
