Compassionate and kind service

<p>I flew from Barcelona to South Africa to visit my parents and chose Kenya Airways because it happened to bt the cheapest airline. I'm so glad it was because it is one of the best airlines I have flown. I am a regular flyer and have tried so many different airlines but KA is one of the best. Their airhostes and hostesses are always smiling and the plane was state of the art and new. Always comforting when one is a nervous flyer. But thats not the main reason I decided to write a review on HP. Unfortunately just before I was due to fly back to Barcelona, my father was admitted to hospital and when he was released I was the only person able to take care of him. I contacted KA and explained my situation and requested my ticket be changed so I can stay and look after him until he able to do so himself. After submitting the required proof from doctor and hospital, the kind people at KA, namely Mpho Maloba and her manager Elizabeth Combrink agreed to change my ticket for me. They will never fully understand how much of a difference they have made to my dad as well as me knowing he is ok but I thought this review is the least I could do to say thank you for being so compassionate and understanding. I will definitely choose Kenya Airways again in the future and recommend it to anyone I know who is flying to any one of the destinations they fly to. Thank you Kenya Airways and the great staff who work there. </p>
