****roach served with Dinner!

Completely disgusted by the hygiene and level of service from this airline. Found a big ****roach running around in our seat as supper was being served. Air hostess seemed shocked that we were disturbed by this. They left us standing for an hour whilst they served food for everyone else. They then proceeded to move their crew member to business class to make space for us to move to another seat in economy. By the time we received our feel it was cold and we had to settle for what ever s****s was left! Disgusting service! Don't they fumigate?? They have no idea what customer service means yet alone hygiene!!
