Choose Ethiopian Airlines. Avoid Kenya Airways!!

I’ve never had a good flight with Kenya airways and I take at least 2 flights with them every 2 months

Delayed baggage Lost bagge Delayed flights…. By between 3 - 18 hours!!!! None of their ground staff is polite They are becoming the biggest joke on the continent

Whatever you do, avoid if you have a layover somewhere with a Kenya airways flight… you’re sure to be disappointed and all inconveniences will be at your own cost

Ethiopian Airlines is such a great alternative with much more reliable and friendly service team!
