CHECK-IN DENIAL BECOMES NO-SHOW

I just want to warn people pertaining using Travel Start to alter these midnight tickets for Kenya Airways. The question is why the Kenya Airways is not calling out Travel Start from tarnishing its image by swindling passengers using its business. I am suspecting collusion between some elements within Travel Start and the Kenya Airways. My daughter was turned away from Kenya Airways on 19 December 2023 with the Airline claiming not to see her name on their system. Meanwhile Travel Start from where I changed the ticket is closed for any form of intervention. I believe that I was a victim of a **** between Travel Start and Kenya Airways. This is because the Travel Start claimed not to understand why my daughter was denied check-in until they came the following day with an excuse that the Airline says that my daughter was a no-show. It’s a horrible situation where you are ping-ponged between Travel Start and Kenya Airways with the intention of swindling more money out of you. We ultimately bought another ticket from a different airline for our daughter. Meanwhile, I am left with the burden of trying to reverse about €800 in payments on my credit card to Travel Start for a flight ticket that was never issued.
