Change of flights - Ndileka Mnisi

I had re-booked flights but on reviewing the timings, realised that I had been given a long stop-over which was going to be difficult with my Mother who is turning 89! I then sat on the phone until someone finally answered. I am so grateful I did, as I got a phenomenal person at the other end - Ndileka Mnisi, who went the extra mile and sorted out my flights despite it being near her knock-off times.

Wonderful to have such good service. Thank you again Ndileka, you're a star!
