BEWARE OF BIG ENTERPRISE CHARLATANS THAT EXPLOIT THE LITTLE MAN

This airline doesn't have a noble side, since I have appealed to their noble side and they failed miserably. Their Customer Service is nothing but *********** and they have no shame in robbing an 82-year-old pensioner.

My requests to escalate the matter have fallen on deaf ears since they have not only pocketed an additional $100 for a flight change, which could have been avoided if their office stuck to the standard 3-month visa regulations and due to pure negligence, they additionally they took, dishonestly, the sum of $258 for services not provided, over and above the original ticket price, which is already inflated in today economy.

If this is "The Pride of Africa" we are in serious trouble.
