Baggage lost for 3 days and counting

<p>I flew from Johannesburg to Khartoum via Nairobi on 28 June. It is now 1 July and I still have no baggage. Neither does my father who was on the same flight. We were promised it will arrive on this morning's flight arriving at 2am. We went to the airport but no luggage was found. This is the most appauling service I have received in all my travels. Make sure my baggage is returned to me and my father by today,1 July. I don't care if you have to charter it.</p>
