Bad service

We use Kenya airways for ttip to mauritius we were goings to connect to Nairobi air port. They canceled the flight with no reason we waited for more than 10 hours while other flight coming in and out and there's is no management to explain what the problem is. This cause me an my daughter to miss a curiz trip which we were going to board at Mauritius . The service for the client it's so disgusting and very dissapointing .I contacted the kenya customer service line and completed the application form and wrote the email to Christine. Still they don't email back or give you any feedback the service is very bad I don't understand why they still operating.
