Bad service

I am using kenya airways to fly to Dubai during December and i called the airline reservation to query on a few things as this is the first time i am traveling overseas and experiencing transit, so being unaware of the situation and what to do and concerns on being late for the flight was asked to the consultant, however she was very rude and abrupt and was not interested in helping me or explaining how the process works, i even mentioned to her that she does not need to be rude of which she stated she isn't being rude.. I was really disturbed by her attitude towards helping me and if this if this is how they treat clients i fear for the flight itself
