Bad Service

I travelled to New York using Kenya Airways and my experience was horrible. I , was booked on the following KQ763,KQ2,KQ3,KQ764 going to Nairobi the flight delayed for hours no refreshments were offered, got to Nairobi the same thing happened . I left New York back to Nairobi AGAIN we waited at least in NY the staff kept us updated , Some people say refreshments were offered but i didnt see any. The one that annoys me the most is the flight from Nairobi to JHB . the flight was also delayed AND the boarding gate was changed but there was no communication. We had been receiving whatsapp messages for the delays but no communication regarding gate change , we ASKED for water and we were told it was being arranged but nothing. The service has definitely deteriorated . i travelled to China on KQ and had a lovely trip before thats why i booked my New York trip. Please do something about your flight delays they are such a let down since you call yourselves The Pride Of Africa.... this African cannot be proud
