Bad customer service

I'm very disappointed with the Kenya airline. My brother in law missed his flight today because of people who don't know their job and are rude. First they refused COVID-19 results from Dischem delaying the whole process until the gates were closed. We can't change the ticket because it says he has checked in. They say we must come tomorrow of course with other cost implications.
