Avoid Kenyan airlines if you can

Kenyan airways is simply not ready for business. I don’t know who manages the airlines but one thing is clear: delay is their middle name. They are never on time and by that I don’t mean a few hours, I mean massive delays that can cause serious problems for their customers. Their services are absolutely disgusting!!!! Has there ever been a time when they were able to stick to time??? You would think the airlines would collapse if they stick to time. The aircrafts are faulty, they cannot communicate and I am yet to find out if they will compensate customers for costs incurred due to their incompetence.No one is forcing them to do business, they should simply close down. Also there should be an option for “no star” here on Hello Peter, why should I be forced to give them one star????
