Atrocious customer service

Used Kenya Airways for an international flight with a connection in Nairobi. ORTIA departure was delayed (KQ0763). Arrived at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and the ground staff were not interested in accommodating us while waiting for onward connecting flight (KQ0886) on 21 December 2018.

To cut a long story short, missed a connecting local flight and the staff were not interested at all. And we were booked in Business Class. Never in my life again.
