Arrogant, rude, ****** airline

Please fly at your own risk. This stupid airline canceled flights without reasons, made us spend 2 days sleeping on hard benches and floors, without booking us into a hotel. To top it all, Their staff is arrogant and ******. They said it's not their fault. Worst of all, they lost our luggage and finally found it 3 days later. I had to see a doctor oversees and get new scripts all at my cost after spending 3 days in the same clothes and missing my connecting flights! I will NEVER use them again.
