An Airline on the Verge of Collapse

Absolute worst experience with an airline ever. All 4 flights were severely delayed causing us to miss connecting flights and overall double travel time, ***** valuable holiday time and cause unnecessary additional stress. Then to top it all off, the bags did not even make it with the last flight. Absolutely ridiculous and lousy service! First and last time flying with them.
