A Cancelled Flight Without My Concern

Hi hello Peter community I would like to share my horrible experience with Kenya airways. And looking for intervention regarding poor service experience during my travel. We had a flight delay at our 1st one stop in Kenya,then it forced our itinerary to change and altinate to another flight. Our plans was cancelled; meaning our booked plans to our destination. When returning, they cancelled my return flight without informing me because I booked for a return flight. I payed extra at my hotel, because I did all my bookings with Booking.com Bookings.com failed to reply on their customer service, same as Kenya airways. They avoided my communication when I was in desperate need in another country. Please please help
