<p>My Kenwood multi chef mincer decided to retire – the drive shaft keys had sheared. As luck would have it just outside the guarantee period.</p> <p> </p> <p>Within a day or two of booking the unit in a replacement cost was given. A quick and pleasant call to Kenwood had a replacement mince at my door the next day without charge.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kenwood will retain my loyalty for many year to come.</p> <p> </p>
