Rude and unhelpful service centre staff

Worst service ever received from a call centre. Phoned in the afternoon to request f a simple quote was told that everyone is going home and that they would call me back the next day. Received no call from them. Phoned again and got a quotation over the phone however when I requested it to be sent via email they took my email address down and I never received the email. Upon phoning them again I was just told they would phone me back in five minutes. Never took down my contact details and put the phone down. After five attempts I was begrudgingly helped by a very rude lady. Funny enough only at this point was I advised that there are certain procedures that need to be followed in order to email the quote and they requested my payment method etc. Finally after a very frustrating experience I received my quote. This was a perfect example of a simple task made so much more complicated and inconvenient due to lazy and disrespectful staff. Never want to deal with this company again.
