Lost all confidence in the name Kenwood !

I have a Kenwood KM28 appliance and initially the Mincer stopped working. I took the machine in to the Service Center in Valley View Office Park , Constantia Kloof. The Service Center is all well and good , however there was no Technician available for me to show what the issue was. Anyway the machine was booked in and "repaired" (***).

Lo and behold now all the attachments stopped working. Back i went and after another Service Call (***) , still no luck. I went back a 3rd time (***) and to date the machine is still not working. The mincer doesnt work at all. The other attachments seem to work sporadically , most of the time though the machine doesnt even come on.

Please can someone help in getting this sorted. Booking it in again and expecting a different result seems too much to ask. I need this to be sorted out properly once and for all.
