Kenwood Standmixer Chef XL

I bought a Kenwood Chef XL Standmixer in 2021. In these 3 years the coupling has now broken for the 2nd time. The previous time I took it for repairs it took 2 months. Now I have to take it in again and pay for it. What happened to Kenwood's standard?
