Kenwood please help me!!!

I bought the Kenwood mini chopper from takealot.

The chopper is a great purchase however mine seems to slice the container as-well. The container is completely damaged due to the blade constantly hitting the sides.

The chopper didn’t do this at first. I’m really disappointed and sad because it is an expensive chopper.

I love to cook thus making me dependent on a chopper. Im left stranded at the moment Kenwood.

How can you help me :(
