Kenwood is dead!

I bought a Kenwood Prospero 5-in-1 Kitchen Machine on Takealot. It worked for the first 3 times then it stopped working.I then asked Takealot for an exchange because I liked it but they couldn't exchange or repair then they refunded my money. With the same money I then bought the same machine at Macro with a R500 discount during the black Friday. Guess what,it didn't work at all. Now I've requested for repair/exchange,but now I'm thinking I should just get my money back,this is a sign that that thing is a disaster.
