Kenwood chef titanium baker xl extremely bad product

I am extremely disappointed with the kitchen titanium home baker as I purchased my item almost a year ago as the machine shakes more then it spins, I have taken the appliance back to Makro Alberton where I have made the purchase and they keep telling me that kenwood say the machine is fixed and when I get home then it’s still in the same terrible condition that I bought the product. Imagine a R7000 appliance shakes more then it spins I mean how is it possible that such an expensive item and brand shakes like that . I have taken a video to prove how the machine shakes and they tell me I do not know how to use a machine like I am some sort of idiot that don’t know how to use an appliance. I am disgusted with the service I received from kenwood and Makro Alberton with my machine and it has made me extremely miserable with the back and forth
