Bad product design
Hi

Just to let you know that your design engineers should get the boot.

Free advise, do not use plastic for critical components and do more testing before releasing your products onto the market. I bet your products do not carry the SABS mark of approval. Are you enjoying making money selling inferior products that must constantly be replaced? It a bad business model in the long run.

I bought a kenwood fpm250 in Dec 2014. I am so disappointed that I was fooled in buying this *******. The rig that joins to the blades broke.

By the way your website is a joke.
09 Apr 2015, 08:14Hello Mr Good Service,
Thank you for taking our call earlier today. As discussed telephonically, we are happy to assess the appliance to determine the cause of the problem. Once this has been done we will be able to provide a way forward.
Regarding the website, from our discussion it is clear that the Kenwood Electronics website was visited instead of the Kenwood Home Appliances website. These are 2 separate companies altogether. Our website can be visited at www.kenwoodworld.com
Kind regards
The Kenwood Customer Service Team
