Amazing Service

I received a Kenwood TriBlade Stick Blender and used it 3 times then it wouldn't turn on. I called the closest shop it was purchased from -which is an hour away from us- and they told me to bring it in for repairs and in about 21 days i can go back to collect it. I found this to be unacceptable so I contacted Kenwood directly and dealt with Silindile Buthelezi who organised a new power handle for me, which was delivered 2 business days later. UTI took the faulty one back with them. Now thats what i call service. Well done Kenwood. Thank you!!!
