Amazing customer service
I purchased a delonghi steam iron in May 2013, recently it started tripping the electricity. I contacted the customer care line. The person dealing with my query Ms Silindile Buthelezi dealt with my query in the most efficient manner, I have never had this kind of service ever. The warranty had expired but she sent me a replacement iron without question. This is without doubt the best customer service I have ever experienced.
