Hyperli ****med us!

My brother bought a spa voucher through hyperli to go for a spa treatment at Kentara Ocean (35 Chroom Ave, Roodekrans, Roodepoort) in December 2023. He tried to set up an appointment with Kentara Ocean in January this year on the whatsapp number provided, but he never got a response back. My brother emailed hyperli requesting a refund from them, but he's still waiting for a response. The service and communication from hyperli and Kentara Ocean sucks. That's the last time that we will be buying any vouchers from hyperli seeing that they can't even get back to us on this matter.
