Broken mirror

<p>We had our funiture deliver by Kentremovalstorage . They repacked the container and on arrival in May 2015 when we opend the container a mirror of sized 1.8m by 1.5m was broken due to their neglegince . They collected the broken mirror to repair it. It is August 2016 and I still haven't received it back. After 29 e-mails sent to Tim LesterI was informed by Tim Lester that the mirror was lost in their warehouses about a month ago. I am still waiting for an answer or a replacement of a refund. Absolutely poor service. Very ,very dissapointing!!!!! I am busy with this issue more than a year now!!! PLEASE HELP!!!</p>
