Shocking!

Be very mindful and attentive when buying a vehicle from these guys! Bought a car from them in September 2022, invoice only arrived 3 weeks later when I requested, salesman NEVER revealed any extras that were now on the invoice, NEVER sat/chat with finance dept to explain my invoice contract, smashed and grab requested after the car was deliver but then charged on the invoice, meanwhile the salesman had promised NOT to charge. Let alone the inconvenience and breakdown I had with the car in a period of 3 months, the list goes on. Take your money somewhere else, I've never felt so much aggrieved and ****med in my entire life.

Dear Mr. Nzima - thank you for your detailed complaint - 1. your statement - "salesman NEVER revealed any extras that were now on the invoice" - your original signature is on the invoice underneath all the extras that were sold to you 2. Your statement - "NEVER sat /chat with finance dept. to explain my invoice" - you signed the invoice and deal file in the office with the Finance and Insurance Manager for the branch 3. Your breakdown was a subsequent oil leak that developed on your used vehicle which we attended to in our workshop under our warranty at no cost to you. The fact that you live in Hilton and had to bring the vehicle to Durban was unfortunately unavoidable . 4. As a business that has been around for decades in the motor industry and holds several national awards and accolades for outstanding performance from several financial institutions, we find your accusation of being ****med in poor taste on a forum such as this. 5. In closing, please remember to make your appointment with our workshop to have the new window mechanism that we ordered for you fitted to your vehicle. Kind regards

To this present day, I am still waiting for the logic explanation as to how can something (smashed and grab) that I requested two weeks after the car was delivered appears on the original invoice. Let alone the fact that the salesman said it was not going to be charged when I made this inquiry (This means he knew I was billed already, regardless). All I wanted you to do was to acknowledge the fact that there were one, if not two errors that might have occurred during this whole transaction process, that's all and move on. I wouldn't even mention the window If I were you, because that was embarrassing to say the least.
