Promises mean nothing caveat emptor with these people.

Bought a Honda CRV 2014 model for cash in 2015. No spare key. One was promised "within 2 weeks". We took them at their word. Now three years later still nothing despite numerous personal calls to their showroom, meetings with dubious members of staff who have since "left". A couple of people were very helpful but not in charge so could really do nothing. The owner and his son both fed us a pack of lies a banquet of BS promises promises and more promises.

Bottom line they never had any intention of fullfilling their sales commitment in the first place.

Do not buy from them because if anything goes wrong believe me you are on your own. Take this advice or ignore it at your peril. Caveat emptor very much applies in this case with these people.
