Pathetic service from a *****

Biggest ***** and **** you can deal with. Took my BMW to him. First it was a head gasket, we had to pay R2500.00 upfront so that he could buy spares. Told us it would take 4 days tops to do the job. Then 9 days later after how many excuses the head was cracked and we had to pay another R6000.00. He kept on making excuses and promised everyday that he would be finished by lunch time or the next morning. This went on from 19 December 2023 till 13 January 2024. I arranged a towing company to get my car away from there. Got my car in pieces. Parts thrown into the boot on the back seat and on the car floor. My car isn't running at all. I told him I am going to take him to the small claims court and he then said no he will pay my money back. This was last week Friday 16 February 2024. Asked him again today where's my money, no he will pay it today 20 February 2024. And not surprising at all, no payment. He *****s people's money and then try and dissappear. He was working out of Paul's Workshop on Ontdekkers where he was thrown out. I know where he is working now. I have all my proof and documents etc. ready to take him to the small claims court. I am going to sue him for my money, the towing costs and the labour to put the car back together.
