Unprofessional

I was a regular client at Kensho Aesthetics in Claremont for over 6 months.

In that time I experienced repeated booking problems. I was double booked on more than one occasion and was expected to change my own schedule to accommodate their error. I was also phoned and asked to move my booking to make space for other clients.

It became very clear that certain clients are prioritized over others, despite my loyalty as a regular client. The service was disrespectful of my time and very disappointing.

I do not recommend Kensho Aesthetics. The ongoing booking issues and unprofessional treatment are not worth it.
