Unreliable Service

I contacted Ken’s Salvaging twice to arrange collection of electronic goods and a treadmill. On both occasions, Ken confirmed his interest and scheduled a time to collect the items. I adjusted my schedule and stayed home specifically for the appointments he set, but he failed to show up both times without any notice or explanation. Worse still, when I tried to follow up, he rejected my calls and completely ignored my text messages. This level of disregard for someone’s time is unacceptable. Ken’s Salvaging has proven to be unreliable and *************. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
