<p>I app**** for learner license last year around November and was promised study materials and 2 lessons.I only got one from one of the teachers and was referred to an associate who will help me obtain my license.I decided to pay him upfront so I reduce the fees that where due,unfortunately I couldn't make on the day of the test and had to rebook the appointment.ultimately I had to move to pretoria and was promised my money back but I haven't seen a cent of it.....</p>
