‼️ALERT‼️

So we hired this Furniture Removal company two weeks ago for a move from Langebaan to Paarl. I sent the owner my requirements (list of items including photo’s).

1. On the day of our move, they arrived at our premises at 11am instead of 8am as I requested as we had to vacate the premises by 2pm. 2. They arrived at my place with a truck smaller than quoted and upon arrival I informed the driver that that was not what I requested and paid for and that my furniture will not fit in that truck. I showed the driver my communication and my quote from their company and he advised that the truck sent, was too small and that the quote was for a bigger truck. 3. Truck was too small and the owner “Dzuda Kenny” now conveniently rep**** that my photos did not download and therefore he could not assess accordingly. Eezi move and a few other removal companies received those same photos and the same list and quoted me accordingly. All quoted me with a 10 ton truck or 2500cft truck. Kenny then price to tell me that he will send another truck at my cost another R5000 ontop of the R9000 I had already paid him for the 10 ton truck which should have sufficed for all my furniture had it actually been a 10ton truck, but remember, “my photo’s could not download” so according to Kenny, my list was not sufficient. 4. We could only vacate the property now at 12am that evening and I had to leave the house keys with security and my agent could not do an exit inspection leaving me liable to losing my deposit. I was then also charged an extra day rental due to Dzudza Kenny’s late arrival and error in size of truck sent to me. 5. NOW THIS IS THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT I HAVE AGAINST THIS FURNITURE REMOVAL COMPANY!!! UPON OPENING ONE OF MY FLAT SCREEN TV’s WE DISCOVERED THAT IT WAS COMPLETELY SHATTERED. WE INFORMED KENNY AND HIS RESPONSE WAS “SET YOUR ATTORNEYS ON ME. THERE’S NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO ME”

‼️ DO NOT HIRE THIS FURNITURE REMOVAL **** ‼️

“Pay for my tv and this will stop, until then, I will not stop alerting innocent people from falling victim to your sham of a business. I can go to small claims court, and I will, if you do not buck up.
